Most people spend more time in the office than at home. With all that time sitting in one position, injuries and problems can arise. Carpal tunnel syndrome, tight hip flexors, low back pain, tight shoulders, and perhaps the loss of good posture, as well.
To combat the desk pains we now have the option for the standing desk, the treadmill desk, and even sitting on stability balls. But even with all of these new ways of “sitting” at your office, there is still room to improve.
